Technical Support plays a critical role in delivering reliable and responsive IT services to our clients. This position is responsible for maintaining operational excellence by ensuring technology environments remain secure, stable, and efficiently supported.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about technology, possess strong problem-solving capabilities, and are committed to delivering excellent customer service. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and technology partners to maintain service quality and support business operations effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Support, Helpdesk, System Administrator, or similar roles.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical competencies are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents through remote assistance or onsite support when required.
- Monitor, maintain, and ensure the availability of client IT infrastructure and systems.
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
- Document incidents, service requests, resolutions, and technical procedures accurately.
- Assist in implementing IT projects, infrastructure upgrades, and system deployments.
- Maintain effective communication with clients regarding issue status, progress updates, and service recommendations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
