ERP Support

 ERP Support plays a key role in helping our clients run their business on a system that fits how they actually work. This position is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting our ERP so client operations stay efficient, accurate, and reliable.

We are looking for people who enjoy understanding business processes, solving problems, and guiding others. You will work closely with clients across different industries, internal teams, and stakeholders to deliver systems that bring real, lasting value.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in ERP implementation, business analysis, or system support. Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
• Solid understanding of standard business processes such as finance, sales, purchasing, and inventory.
• Good communication skills, able to explain technical things in simple terms.
• Willing to travel to client sites when needed.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Able to work independently or within a team, and to manage deadlines under pressure.
• Knowledge of Odoo is a plus.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their business processes and goals, then translate those needs into clear ERP solutions that fit the way they work.
• Implement, configure, and customize the ERP system, including setting up master data and helping migrate information from the client's previous system.
• Test the configured system and run user acceptance testing with the client, then lead a smooth go-live while staying close during the first weeks of use.
• Train and guide client teams so they can use the system with confidence, and prepare clear manuals and tutorials for every module delivered.
• Provide ongoing support after go-live, troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, and keep the system running smoothly day to day.
• Plan and track your work against deadlines, keep clients updated on progress and recommendations, and suggest improvements that help them get more value from the system.
