The Project Administrator keeps every client project on track from start to finish. This role owns the timeline, deadlines, and progress of each project, making sure the work is delivered on time and meets the standard our clients expect.


Acting as the main point of contact for clients, you keep them updated at every step, coordinate between internal teams, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. We are looking for organized and proactive people who communicate clearly and stay calm under pressure.

 

Requirements


  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related major.
  • Experience in project coordination, account management, or a similar role. Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are welcome to apply.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle several projects at once.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence being the front line with clients.
  • Able to stay calm, structured, and solution oriented under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Good understanding of how projects and business processes run from start to finish.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and basic reporting is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities


  • Plan and schedule each project end to end, setting clear milestones and deadlines and making sure every stage moves forward on time.
  • Monitor progress closely, track tasks against the plan, and step in early whenever something risks slipping so deadlines are still met.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, give regular status updates, and make sure their questions and concerns are handled quickly.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams so everyone stays aligned on scope, priorities, and timelines, much like an account manager would.
  • Keep project documentation organized, from timelines and meeting notes to status reports, so progress is always clear and easy to follow.
  • Spot risks and bottlenecks early, propose solutions, and keep both the client and the team confident that the project is under control.
