Requirements
Female, single, age max. 28 years
Min : High school diploma; BSc/BA in business administration, marketing or relevant field is preferred
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
A customer-oriented attitude
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Ability to work well with a team
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Some past experience in marketing preferred.
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
Job Description
- Build relationships with key employees among customers
- Create plans to driven clients’ business needs
- Advise clients on implement system & processes
- Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Help operational team with timeline and target
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
- Provide administration support and assistancy for team leader
- Collaborate with internal teams to fullfil customers’ needs
